I know this journey, because it has been my own.
I went from a career in the diplomatic service to the corporate world. Then onward to becoming an international speaker and trainer as well as a published author. Yes, all very exciting AND a great facade behind which I was plagued by insecurities and lack of self worth. At times it has been a bumpy ride. And I have learned a lot. Today I can own my true self and confidently state that I am an Italian Contessa . I have found my mission, that one thing that lights me up: My true passion and gift lies in mentoring women to their powerful feminine leadership.

Day One - Contessa
A day to "Connect." Benvenuta in Italia - welcome to Italy! You will be picked up at the Florence airport or train station and driven to our five-star spa to soak in the thermal pool, enjoy the natural hot springs and luxuriate with customized treatments, designed to provide an unforgettable sensory experience. What better way to start your retreat! Nestled in the heart of the Tuscan country side, you begin shedding the old, tired self and start unwinding, embraced by the warm Tuscan hospitality. Nothing flows if you are tight in your body, mind and spirit. Here you start with connecting to you, to your environment and to those around you. Join us for a welcome cocktail and dinner.
Day Two -Contessa
A day to "open to new possibilities." A dip in the pool might start your day. Explore new beginnings with the guidance of a private one-on-one session with Luisa. What are your dreams? What is stopping you? We will explore how to allow them to unfold and manifest. After lunch we will drive to our our home away from home, a private eight hundred acre estate located in the majestic Chianti Classico hills. The view is spectacular as you settle in your private room. The staff is warm and ready for your every need and the food is delicious. A wine tasting and dinner will entice you to the possibility of living life like an Italian Contessa. .
|  In today’s fast-paced world, where hard working women spend their days in stressful careers, bound to computers and cell phones, it is spiritually rewarding to take time to refine simple pleasures. This retreat offers much more than simply the opportunity to get away from ordinary life. I am inspired by the ancient philosophy of Epicureanism. Dating from the 4th century B.C., Epicureanism taught that the pleasures of the senses offer an immediately verifiable standard of truth and therefore can serve to cultivate wisdom, justice and happiness. Written cancellation immediately after registration: $1,000 US cancellation fee per person
Cancellation from 60 days prior to 30 days prior: cancellation fee is 50% of total trip cost
per person. Cancellation within 30 days prior to departure: no refund.
No refund for unused portions of the tour, including but not limited to, missed meals,
hotel nights and sightseeing.
